William Beck Pate joined The Moses Firm to represent people and families seriously injured or killed by the negligence of others in serious and catastrophic automobile, trucking, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases.
Before joining The Moses Firm, William worked as a partner at one of Georgia’s leading defense law firms, where he defended trucking companies, insurance companies, and other corporations in complex auto and tractor-trailer crash cases for many years. William now uses his defense experience to help people harmed by the negligence of others.
William earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. William lives with his wife and daughter in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
